Eligible for refund
- You purchased within the last 30 days
- Annual subscription auto-renewals within 30 days of charge
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Product does not work on your supported device
Not eligible
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Monthly subscriptions past the first 14 days
- Third-party or retail store purchases (contact the retailer)
- Free trials that were not converted to paid
Processing time. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days. International cards may take slightly longer.
Multi-year plans. Refunds on 2-year and 3-year subscriptions are prorated after the first 30 days per Bitdefender terms.
